取消及退款條款 Cancellation / Refund Policy

 

取消條款，如需取消，請於預約日期前7天聯絡我們，可獲豁免取消費用。

如於預約日期7天內取消，顧客將無法退回所有費用。

As a cancellation refund, please note that a cancellation made 7 days or earlier prior to the reservation day will be free of charge (100% refund). However, there will be a 100% cancellation charge for a cancellation made which less than 7 days before the reservation.
