  1. 填妥相關資訊後即送出資料

  2. 客服會儘快聯繫您預付金額與提供轉帳方式

  3. 請在三天內預付訂金於指定帳戶

  4. 請提供轉帳資料給客服告知，收到訂金後客服通知預約成功訊息

       我們提供的旗袍尺寸包含XS-XXXL，若有尺寸上的疑慮，可使用客服諮詢管道為您預備合適的旗袍。歡迎您          的到來！

  1. Please complete the reservation with valid information

  2. We will contact you shortly to provide pre-payment information

  3. Please complete the pre-payment within 3days

  4. Please provide your pre-payment receipt or supporting to order to secure your reservation

We have different size of QiPao/MaQua, size from XS  to XXXL, if you have any concern about it, kindly contact us through website chat or below channel. Welcome to Macau and QiYuan!

到店前

​Before Arrival

前往店家地點時如有任何問題請利用客服諮詢管道告知，並請於預約時間準時到店，若延遲原定預約時間10分鐘則無法進行簡易盤髮服務，若延遲原定預約時間30分鐘，則視同取消服務；如需取消預約請至少於預約前7日來信告知。

Feel free to contact us if you have enquiries. We would like to recommend you arrive 10mins before the appointment time. Late 10mins, we will not able accommodate you for the hair design service. Late 30mins or above, we will treat your as cancellation reservation without any refund.

旗袍體驗

​QiPiao Rental

預約報到後即可依身型挑選旗袍，每人挑選確認花色後僅可試穿2件，更衣完成後由老師進行簡易髮型整理，上述體驗時間需時約30分鐘。

After checkin at reception desk, you can start to choose and every customer able to try to wear 2 QiPao and select 1 to rental. It take around 30mins to complete QiPao dressing with basic hair design.

備註：因旗袍為顯個人曲線與氣質，建議您穿著較貼身且淺色之內衣褲為佳，另外基於衛生考量，請自備素色跟鞋、素色包鞋或平底布鞋及耳環作搭配。

Reminder: Qipao is a fitted custom that reveals the beauty of a woman's curve.Light colored Qipao works best with light colored or nude underclothes. Please bring along your own high heels or flats that works well with the Qipao of your choice.

備註：旗緣提供個人專屬置物袋，除貴重物品外可寄放個人物品，但若超出置物袋之大小，則將酌收行李寄放費。

Reminder: We provide personal storage bag for you to temporary store your belongings. if you would like to store your luggages, we also provide luggages keeping service with reasonable price.

歸還旗袍

 1.到店-歸還旗袍​

請務必於租借當日17:30前歸還，超時將酌收體驗費用50%

Please return on or before 17:30 on the rental date. additional charge 50% of your plan if any late return.

備註：旗袍與配件出租若有損壞，將依照損毀程度賠償。

Please take care of our QiPao and items you rent, Customer shall pay for any damage or lost.
